Jeremy Heighton began training for sales firms way back in 1984. Since founding WOW in 2002, he has taken it from a small, part-time start-up to a global presence in the consulting and leadership training world. Sales at WOW have grown between 50 and 100% every year, and show no signs of slowing down. He has provided service to small and large organizations alike, including the United States Marine Corp. Jeremy has perfected the art of business and brings his principles, knowledge, and successful practices to your organization.

Jeremy founded WOW on principles of fair, sustainable and ethical business practices. He believes the only way for our team to deliver success to you is to be personally accountable to you during our work together. To achieve this, every client signs a performance-based contract with WOW to ensure you get only our best.
