Leadership Courses

Our leadership programming is available in one of two formats: a pre-designed toolbox course that covers our most requested leadership components or a fully customized courses to meet your exact specifications.

Toolbox Courses

The goal of our toolbox courses is to provide a manager or leader with all of the core tools they require in order to effectively lead a performance based team of employees. When your employee completes the course, they will understand, be able to use and have at their disposal a leadership toolkit that will empower them with core leadership skills and tools.

WOW has designed three leadership toolkit courses, depending on which staff level will be attending the course:  

Owner, CEO and Board, Director or Senior Manager	Coaching, Mentoring, Performance Management
Middle Manager, Supervisor, Team Leader	Leadership Within
Front Line, All other staff	Building Better Bridges

Custom Courses

Some of our clients start their WOW journey by reviewing one of our core programs (above) and then determine they want a unique course that is constructed specifically to fit the needs, culture, and performance structure of their organization. When this occurs we are pleased to create a fully customized Leadership Program.

Our customized course program offers the following options:

• Custom Branding with your logo, wordmark etc

• A unique lineup of course modules

• Integration of your forms and tools

• Custom text rewriting to fit your cultural aspects

Please be advised that custom programs require up to 6 weeks of lead time to be compiled. 

All custom programs come with a license authorization, allowing you to distribute and share WOW materials within your organization for a period of three years.
